Trembling Bells play the Fox & Firkin

Trembling Bells are a A Glasgow folk rock four piece enjoying widespread plaudits since last May’s release of their critically acclaimed, Belle & Sebastien produced, second album Abandoned Love.
Songwriter and percussionist Alex Neilson comes from a Jazz background, has been in a million bands on the Glasgow music scene and used to drum for Bonnie Prince Billy. Vocalist Lavinia Blackwall is a classi cally trained soprano. Her vocal style is almost medieval which lends a uniqueness to this classic 60s-folk-garage-rock band.
Their third offering The Constant Pageant, was released last week on Honest Jon records, superfan The Duke of Catford might do us a litle review if we ask him nicely! We are delighted they have decided to come and play for us at the fox on 23rd April Tickets are £8 and available here
